We do offer refunds for purchases if delivery is yet to be made after 30days. We also provide store credits equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used for future purchases on our website/media channels.

 

Store Credits:

Upon requesting a refund, customers can receive store credits redeemable for any item(s) available on our website/media channels. These credits have no expiry date and can be utilised at any time.

 

Damaged Orders:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within [1] day of receiving the order. We will gladly arrange for a replacement of the damaged item(s) at no additional cost.

 

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning items for replacement due to damage or defect. However, we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item(s).

 

Pre-Ordered Items:

Please note that refunds are not available for orders that are pre-ordered. Once an order has been placed, it has been added to production and cannot be reversed. Pre-ordered items are final sale.
